I don't have a cellphone, just a home phone. My it will not let me update my email so I can't get the code and I can't file my taxes. What can I do?

Do you have a friend/family member that will let you use their # for this one use ?  

And I am not understanding why you cannot update the email.   Did you ever think about opening a new free account for this ... it is easy and only takes a minute.  Try yahoo, gmail, AOL ... just look around.
