When you accidentally requested a copy of your tax return it added Form 4506. Please follow the steps below to "Delete the Form" in TurboTax Online:

Sign into your TurboTax Online account

Next go to "My Account" at the top of the screen then select “Tools.

Then scroll down and select Delete and Form.

Proceed to Form 4506 and select Delete.
