I think I now glimpse what is going on. TurboTax may be trying to fill in OK Form 538-H "Claim for Credit or Refund of Property Tax" (https://www.ok.gov/tax/documents/538-H-16.pdf) and appears to have skipped the check on whether you were a full year OK resident. Later in that form they add up total gross income, including the full social security payments. I would first go back to the Personal Info section and see if somewhere there OK was mistakenly flagged as a part/full year resident. If that doesn't work, you may be able to "fudge" the property tax entry to show a different state, I'd put TX, where the property tax was paid. In the unlikely event that the IRS questions, you answer simply that you had to work around a TurboTax issue and that the property tax figure was correct.
That said, if you had actual OK income and had to file as a non-resident, get back to me and I'll dig some more.

My expectation is that they will go ahead and walk you through e-filing just your federal return, skipping or deleting any state return. I will, in the meantime, ping some internal Intuit folks to see about fixing TurboTax to handle your situation correctly and informatively.
