A common reason for disqualification is that you selected that the dependent lived with you for less than half the year. For children born within the tax year you select that the child lived with you the entire year.

If I only have a 1099 at the end of the year.Can I still claim travel expenses and get the earned income credit and child tax credit or does it disqualify me?
