I didn't ask for or agree to the Premium Services for $44, so why am I being charged for it and how do I remove it?

How can I remove the Premium Services?

I suspect you are a California filer that chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund.   It so, in California that payment option requires the Premium Services Bundle, which has an extra $45 fee.   Premium Services also includes audit protection and ID protection services in addition to the "pay out of refund" option.   If you don't want Premium Services,  you have to remove that "pay out of refund" option and pay upfront with credit/debit card instead.  See the FAQ below on how to remove it.
