If I cannot manually change that then how would I cancel my payment?

The "Tax History Report" is for your records only it is NOT sent to the IRS.

What amounts do you need to change? Or is it asking for your AGI?

Its amounts on my "Tax History Report". Is that report sent to the IRS when I efile.
