I deleted form 8615, but I can't e-file taxes without filling reviewing form 8615. And it wont show up in my list of forms to delete.

I resolved this by answering Yes when asked if I supported myself instead of No. That way, there is no need to put in someone else’s information on that form and it should remove it completely and let you file.
