How did you pay it? If you didn't file an extension through Turbo Tax then the IRS didn't get it. Check your credit card account to see if the charge went through.

Filed extension using Easy extension and paid estimated taxes paid, now using turbo tax desktop to file, I don't see options how to pay/refund the difference
