I completed my taxes and downloaded it to mail but it keeps saying that I have not completed it

The program may not ever say it was complete and will never report it was mailed since it gets no confirmation from the IRS that you ever printed, ink signed and put it in the mail.

How can I do an amended return because I tried looking for it using deluxe and nothing is in the document space
