I completed my 2023 fed and state taxes with turbo tax and paid for my order but turbo tax DID NOT file either. How do I contact intuit to resolve?

Paying the TurboTax online account fees does not file your tax return.  TurboTax cannot file the tax return, only the user of the software can either e-file or print and mail the tax return.

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

The 2023 tax return can now only be printed, signed, dated and mailed.  Include with the mailed return copies of all forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2024 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2023 and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
