I cashed in 6 savings bonds in 2017 and received a federal income tax information sheet but didn't receive a 1099-b or 1099 INT. How am I suppose to report this income?

On your tax return, You enter the interest income only as a 1099-INT from the US Treasury.  Use box 3 of the 1099-INT  form when you do that.

A 1099-B is not used for cashing in savings bonds.
