I cant seem to figure out how to download 2016

Are you wanting to download your 2016 tax return?  Or the download version of TurboTax?

I am trying to purchase the 2016 version to download and have it pull in all my info like I have done in the past

You will visit the following TurboTax link: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/, and choose the version of TurboTax that you wish to purchase and click on the Buy Now button for that version. 

Once you have completed your purchase you can follow the instructions listed in the TurboTax FAQ below to download your purchased download:
