I cant down load my disc

Are you trying to install the CD or download the program from Turbo Tax?  How far do you get?  What have you tried?  Any messages or error codes?  Oh and Windows or Mac?

My Turbotax disc won't load when inserted as in years past.  What do I need to do differently>?
