What exactly are you trying to do? Why are you trying to log in to your bank account?
I am trying to direct deposit into my checking account. But keep getting this error: Sorry, our system is currently unavailable. Please try again. However, I can directly log into my account.
Still cannot figure out why you are attempting to log in to your own bank account through TurboTax. If you are trying to enter your banking information into the tax software so that you can get direct deposit of your refund, you just enter the account and routing number in the FILE section before you file your tax return. There is no reason to "log in" to the bank account.
There's literally a feature to connect your bank account to automatically account for expenses when entering independent income. Are they really not training support on this feature? If so and it does not work, why do they offer it?
@Tywing Are you confusing the tax software with an accounting program like QuickBooks?
