I cannot get a definitive answer from this site on my PTC question. How do I get definitive information?

Well.... first you have to ask a question. This is the only post you have on this board and it doesn't contain a specific question about PTC. The quality of any answer you may get is directly proportional to the clarity of the question asked. So what is your specific question about PTC?
