I cannot finish my tax return without my EIN and I cannot retrieve it. How do I got back and select mail in option? This seems to be my only option at this point.

I have to mail in my return info along with my susbstitute form for my missing w2 form. Do I send my turbotax return and my IRS w2 substitute form both to the IRS direct?

See the TurboTax FAQ below for instructions on how to print out and mail your return if you are unable to e-file. Yes, make sure to attach your copies of W-2's or other tax forms when you mail your return.
