You must be talking about a state tax return, because there is no school district code on a federal tax return. What state is it? Every state is different.
What happens when you try to enter the school district code? If you get an error message, what is the exact message?

If you live in an Ohio School district (SD) in more than one county:
It's a glitch in TurboTax (that they won't fix). Just choose any non taxable school district, in your county. The state only uses the info for statistical purposes and it doesn't affect your return.
Or you may be able to manually change it on the Ohio Information worksheet (abbreviated Info Worksheet on the list of Ohio forms).
If you're going to mail you return, instead of e-filing, you can manually change it on the paper copy, if that makes you feel more comfortable.
If you live in an SD with an income tax, you'll be able to enter the correct district in the SD tax section of the OH software.
