I cannot e-file my state tax return because it says that the Provider EIN is missing. However, I deleted the provider that did not have an EIN but I still get the error

This is in the Child tax deduction section. The Federal seems to be OK but there is an issue with the State tax

Sometimes state has info saved from last year just like federal does.  If you've deleted the provider from federal only, fed will look OK, but state still expects info.  Go in your state return, run through questions relating to child credits, and delete the provider there.

No Luck. I deleted all the all credits and tried again so that it clean up but now its asking for the provider information. Is there anyway I can delete all the entries from the state tax?
