I cannot down load the California tax forms

Please provide additional information.  What happens (or doesn't) when you try to download CA tax forms?

When I click on the CA tax the program, I get the following sequence.

1) Lets load and install your state. 

2) Getting your state.

3) Your software is up to date.

The CA  application software does not open!

Please log completely out of TurboTax and try clearing your browser's cache.  A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions:
