I cannot add TurboTax MAX before filing my return
I didn't add the option at the beginning as I wanted to focus on filing my taxes first. I do NOT see the option anymore and according to online resources, you should be able to see the option to add TurboTax MAX (I have already a TT Premium profile) before submitting the payment. This option is not available anymore. I talked for 30 mins to an agent the other day, and they were not able to solve, they sent me some info, providing incorrect information (for Audit support, that does NOT cover all the TurboTax MAX benefits). Now I called again and it turned out to be 8.59PM and the call dropped automatically at 9PM. So, beyond the suboptimal service received, how can I add TurboTax MAX? I tried to download the software as well, but that's only if I buy the software and I am not, so I can't even try to do it from that front!
