I can't speak to anyone here. I filed my taxes on TurboTax and I spoke with the IRS this morning and it looks like the IRS has a completely different account number.

I just spoke with the IRS and they have a completely different routing number and account number for my bank account. The irs agent said my deposit was March 1st. My bank never received it. Does anyone know who I need to speak with? Either TurboTax number to a live person, or another number? Thank you

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
