I can't seem to transmit my documents successfully. I did all the help tab said but they don't go through. Can anyone help me?

Thank you for the response.  

When I get all through my tax documents, pay the fees, and go to "transmit"...it comes back with transmit didn't go through.  I checked my browser, tried a new browser, cleared cookies, all of that.  I was wondering if there was anything I was missing?

Also, in my WI taxes, for some reason the school tax credit is populating after I opt in to the veteran property tax credit.  It won't let me clear it.  Even after I start over and do the veteran credit first, it jumps onto the form.  Just looking for help in getting these wrapped up.
