Is it asking to change to an administrator account?
After install success the program tries to start but gives the following message: Turbo Tax is already running under another account. Switch users and run TT from the other account to continue. Error 70001. How do I switch to the other account?
This problem is NOW resolved by going to Windows Security, virus threat protection and disable this by clicking on manage settings and then disable it. The TT program should then ask for license: I could not put my license number in but just clicked launch and it started.
