I can't get to TurboTax Full Service

It is too late in the tax season to start a new full service return. If that is what you were trying to do, then file an extension and try to contact full service after 4/15

I had to have an amendment done to my taxes which was caused by a mistake the "tax expert" who originally prepared my return and Turbotax is refusing to refund me.
