I can not file State Tax Return

Please provide more details as to why you can't file state, what are you encountering?

it says a form needs to be updated. I have checked update and their are not any and I talked to turbo-tax specialties and sent me a files of update to try and that did not .

I  loading the windows  10 version on my laptop and that did not work. Help

I am having the exact same issue.  My New York State tax return won't file.  I get an error stating "there is an update available for your version of turbotax error", even though my software is fully updated.  Please help - this is an unacceptable problem.

Please try refreshing your browser and clearing out your cookies. If that does not work, try clearing out your browser's cache. You may also want to try a different browser.

I've done this - this did absolutely nothing.  Please just email me the link for a new download that others mentioned it worked for them.

This is clearly an unacceptable systemic problem.  I've been a Turbotax customer for well over 10 years

I just got it to work the Tech I was online with had me download a new State program and it worked the first she was very helpful Hooray
