I bought TurboTax Home & Business, how do I use it with my existing account? It's a CD, but I'd really like everything cloud based, if possible.

You can't use both the CD/download product and the online (cloud based) product. If you want the online product instead of the CD/download product, you will have to purchase it. Log on through your existing online account. 

You might be able to get a refund for the CD if you bought it from TurboTax. To contact TurboTax directly, go to this link: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3401489

They are not open until Monday. Ask about billing (NOT refund) when arranging a phone call.
