I bought Turbotax from Costco. I already did my taxes on Intuit turbotax online. Is there a way to apply the Key # provided by Costco to the Order Summary?

No, but you can install the desktop software and finish and e-file the return using the desktop software.   After the software is installed, click on New Tax Return, then click on Continue from TurboTax Online.   

The return you finished will load on the desktop software so you can go through the filing steps and e-file without having to pay for TurboTax Online.   The flow of information is only one way, though.   If you enter information in the desktop software, it does not make changes to the return on TurboTax Online.
