No, when you buy the TurboTax Software, you are only paying for the ability to prepare your taxes.  If you owe Federal or State Taxes, you will be required to still pay for them.

If you purchased the TurboTax desktop software to be installed on a personal computer, then you receive 5 free federal e-files with the software.  

For a state tax return there is currently a $19.99 e-file fee for each state return e-filed.  This fee can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.
