I bought the cd but my new laptop doesnt have a cd drive how can i get started

What you'll need to do is contact our Product Support line. If you log into your TurboTax Online account and press the Contact button in the upper right hand corner, you'll be prompted to ask a question. Phrase your question stating that you need a product pushed to you. The agent who contacts you will ask you for a verification key from the CD, then they'll be able to send you a download of the product you purchased.
