I bought the 2023 software and installed it, it is not calculating as you navigate through it. How do I fix this?

What do you mean "not calculating?" Are you referring to the "refund monitor?" Did it disappear? Click Review to make the refund monitor appear. When you enter information that causes an effect to change your refund or tax due, the monitor will change. Some entries do not cause it to change.
