I bought a Turbo Tax Deluxe software package at BJs. I thought I could download it with a code, but all I got was a CD. My laptop doesn't have a CD drive. Please help.

Customer Support can verify your purchase.  You will need to phone TurboTax Support during business hours and ask for the download file to be placed in your account.  The support hours are shown in the second FAQ below.
