I asked for an installment and to have it come out of account, do I mail first payment in now or wait for the exceptance letter?

I put I could pay $70 now, but not sure if I mail it in now or does it come out of my account?

You should make monthly payments while you are waiting for your Installment Agreement to be approved.  If you like, you can make a payment online by going to;  https://www.irs.gov/payments
