I applied for the advance. Haven’t heard anything. First Century has no record of me, credit karma has no information. Everyone says contact turbo tax. I need answers

I reread my PDF of my taxes and it was absolute included. I need to know where my refund is, where it’s going and how to actually talk to someone about this.

Did you change any payment method on the return when submitting it? As this can make the refund advance application null and void.
