You can't import form 8949 into TurboTax. That form is used to report the sale of investments. You will need to report the investment sales individually as follows, and then they will show on the Form 8949:
You enter investment sales in the Wages and Income section of TurboTax, then Investments Sales, then Stocks, cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, etc...
