I am unable to pay ($104.98) to file my taxes? How can I file?

In the payment options, there should be an option to pay your filing fees with your refund as long as your refund is enough to cover the filing fees. If you're not getting a refund then you will need to pay the fees using a credit or debit card or you will not be able to file.
