I am unable to find TX in the dropdown list of states in Box 15 of 1099-INT. How do I select TX?

Why does not the dropdown list of states for Box 15 of 1099-INT show TX state?

Texas does not have a state income tax. So there will be on state withholding or state tax returns to file for TX. Therefore TX will not be an option.

I'm trying to select my forth dep. from the dropdown to show that I paid for his daycare. His name isn't in the list. Only 2 other siblings are listed. How do I add him?
