I am unable to access my 2018 tax form. Have spoken to several reps from turbo tax and apple(I have a Mac). No help from anyone. HELP!

I have not assigned a password to that form. When I click on forgot password I have to answer a security question (which I did correctly). Everything disappears from screen.
