I am trying to transmit my returns. The error message tells me to update my program. I do and it shows that my program is up-to-date. But my returns will not transmit

My program is updated. I have cleared my cookies from Chrome and it is not transmitting.  What do I do?

I suggest that you run check to see if your computer system is up to date.

While the program is up to date, if the system isn't, there will be a problem.

I also suggest your clear your data history on your web browser. This can cause transmission issues.
