When I log in to Turbotax it tells me it's moved my info from the last year, which is great, so I click on NEXT and then it shows me a screen where it says 'Based on your new situation we recommend LIVE ASSISTED. There is no way to go past this screen without accepting this product, which I do not want. There is no 'x' or anything. I have taken this day off work to do my taxes and literally can't get started because of this issue. I don't want this product, I just want to get started. Might finally be time to let Turbotax go!
