Have gotten the reset code emailed to me a couple of times but it won’t take me to the page to reset the password. I keep getting looped back to the log-in. It also wouldn’t recover my account by giving identifying information.

The system for password resets has people going in circles. For me, it still wanted the current password even after putting in the account verification code that it sent me to do the password reset--which completely defeats the purpose of the verification code.
I am waiting for a reply to resetting my ID and Pass word.
@StoneyKnight You may have to log out of the program, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in. Please see the TurboTax FAQ here for instructions on clearing your cache. See here for instructions on clearing your cookies. You may also try using another browser or using the phone app here if the above does not work. If you need to recover your account, you can use this link here to recover your account. There is a small blue link at the bottom that says Try something else and if you click on that you can locate your account by using your SSN, name, and birthdate. If none of these resolve the issue, contact customer support here for further assistance.
