If you are trying to pay federal income tax then in the program simply indicate you will mail a check and then go to the IRS website to make the payment.  FYI ... there is a fee for doing this and it is cheaper on the IRS site than thru TT  AND your CC may also hit you with a cash advvance fee so check with them.  https://www.irs.gov/payments
