I am trying to input income from a 1099-DIV form but the program won't go there - it gets hung up -how do I get to that page?

You can revisit dividends input screen by following these steps 

• Open your return, if not already open.
• In the left menu column click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
• In the Tools window, chose blue button TOPIC SEARCH.
• Enter the term 1099-DIV without quotes.
• In the topic list, find the highlighted term 1099-DIV (or select it, if not highlighted).
• Then click GO.
• Next screen asks:  "Did you receive any dividend income?"
• Continue through that interview.
