I am trying to file injured spouse, form 8379 and I keep getting directed to form 8857 for innocent spouse, how do I get form 8379

Read the screens carefully. The first screen that you see asks if you want to claim innocent or injured spouse relief. Click Yes. You will first get two screens for innocent spouse relief. Just click Continue without entering anything. Then you will get a series of screens for injured spouse relief.
