I am seeing ".NET 4.5.2 verification tool cannot be found error " with install of 2019 TurboxTax. I just installed 4.8 version of .NET, it doesnt help. I have 2018.

another idea is to uninstall 4.8.  reboot.   disable virus software temporarily.  try to reinstall TT 2019

then you can upgrade to 4.8.  don't remove 4.5.2.

I have the same issue. I tried NetFixRepairTool, I tried uninstall/install .Net, I tried almost everything people suggested, and two PC machines. It still give me the same error about .Net 4.5.2.

Don't bother wasting time trying to "fix" this by re-installing .NET, etc. this is a very old BUG in their software, it will report that regardless on many systems that are perfectly fine, see this thread:

with a very simple workaround that bypasses that bug. As expected, they will not fix nor reply/admit
