I am not self employed although I work for an agency PRN (as needed) and get paid by the hour. My income varies every 2 weeks. I have a W2 form from them.

The Turbo tax form starts as Self Employed. I want to start off as employed because taxes are taken out and I have W-2 form.

If you only have income on a W-2, you are not self-employed.  Generally, you are self-employed if any of the following apply to you.

If you do not need the self-employment version, you can clear your return and start over.  You do not have to downgrade however.  You can use the Self-Employed version if you choose to.  Here are instructions to downgrade if you choose:  Clear and Start Over.
