I am not able to download investment account to my tax software. Do I need to download additional tool?

I am unable to import 1099-DIV and 1099-INT from my financial institution even though the message says Turbo taxes has the downloaded form. Now Go Back to Turbo Tax. When I go back to Turbotax, it says unsuccessful import. I need to manually type them in. I am trying to avoid having to do this. Is there anything that I need to do differently?
