@ johnpmcginty asked: "I am living overseas this year. My address here in Ireland does not fit into the categories on Turbotax. How can I fix this?"
I assume you are in the My Info section. If you want to use your overseas address on your return, then on a screen that asks for your mailing address, you have to change the "type" of address so that the input fields will change. To do that the very first box is "Type of mailing address". Use the arrowhead to get the dropdown menu and select "Foreign country" for the type. Then the screen will reformat a bit. In the box labeled "Country", you will be able to select Ireland. A box will continue to say "zip code", but it will take an international postal code (once you change the address type to "Foreign".)
Here's some additional info that might be helpful:
The mailing address you enter there in My Info is what will show on your return when printed, and what the IRS will use as your mailing address if they need to send you any notices/letters. It's also the address the IRS would mail a refund check to (if you choose that option) or if a direct deposit were to fail. You may or may not be able to choose direct deposit (requires US bank account). See the points in this FAQ:
