I am having trouble logging into my Turbo Tax account. It says the deadline for filing was 10/15 but in TN we have until today. I purchased a $130 pack and cant log in

The package I purchased has also been deducted from my bank account twice. So i need one of these to be refunded. And i need to try to log in to file my return today
