I am having the same issue With TurboTax Business that my transmission is not being accepted yet, although, i live in texas and we do not have a state tax. Help.

Having an issue that it will not efile my turbo tax business return. It is due on March 15, Live in Texas and there is no state tax i will try to take out the texas comptrollers filing and see if it works.

I tried the software again, and it still did not work. So i took out the Texas Franchise filing, and it accepted my Federal return which is due on the 15th March 2024. I will retry the filing for the texas franchise before May 15.

Maybe this will work for those who need to file before the 15th march. Its for a Scorp.

I also am having the same issue.  Two days before the due date.

I did the check for updates, exit and enter program.  Gave up and rebooted.  Still will not send the Texas Franchise report.

I first experienced the problem when I was trying to file Federal and State together.  I changed to just federal and that worked fine.  Trying just the state by itself in continuing to give the error.

When will this be fixed.  I paid the $55 so that I could use the electronic filing.  If I have to send in the one-page document as a hard copy, I would like a refund.  Otherwise I will be using 1099Tax.com for this form next year.
