If you are using a Google Chrome web browser there is a probability that the browser will not be able to download the software for the manual update.
If you are using a Windows based personal computer switch your browser to Edge and it should download.

I've been able to download the update file, but when executing the file, the error message states that Turbotax 2020 is not installed (but it is), but when trying other options the message seems to indicate I need more memory (my machine has 16G RAM running Windows 10). Any other suggestions?
Try re-starting the computer and after the re-start see if the software you downloaded will install.
